I See a GAO Contract Challenge
Raytheon Beat Boeing for the successor contract for the small diameter bomb successor, basically a form, fit, and function identical variant with a "tri-mode seeker" to allow it to strike moving targets.
Considering that they beat the prior prime, and considering that cost was something like 3rd on the priority list, I would expect a challenge here.
