I agree that Thomas's comments in his Obergefell v. Hodge (gay marriage) dissent, where he says that slavery did nothing to remove the human dignity of its victims, I would not have used those words.

In fact, I didn't, I called Thomas a, "Miserable Excuse for a Human Being," and I do stand by those words.
